Eligibility for Returns
– Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Condition: Products must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and any other included items intact. Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted for return.

Brand-New Devices
Condition: Brand-new devices must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact. This includes chargers, cables, earphones, and any other items that came with the device. Devices that have been opened, used, or are missing any accessories or original packaging will not be accepted for return.
Warranty: All brand-new devices are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If a defect is discovered after the 6 months period, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for repair or replacement options.
Pre-Owned Devices
Condition: Pre-owned devices must be returned in the condition they were sold. This includes all accessories and packaging provided at the time of purchase. Devices that show additional wear or damage beyond the condition at the time of sale will not be eligible for return.
Warranty: All pre-owned devices come with a limited warranty period, Duration of 14 days which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Returns or exchanges for pre-owned devices must be made within this warranty period.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
– Items that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents.
– Products that have been customized or altered from their original condition.
– Software, apps, or downloadable items.
– Items sold as part of a clearance or final sale.
– Items that warranty sticker has been altered or removed
Return Process
1. In-Store Returns: For returns made in-store, please bring the product and proof of purchase to our store at Suite 108/109, Foramot Plaza, Osundairo Street, Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos, or our branch at Saka Tinubu, Victoria Island. Our staff will assist you with the return process.

Refunds and Exchanges

Brand-New Device Exchanges: Brand-new devices can only be exchanged for the same model or a similar item of equal value, provided the item is in stock.
Pre-Owned Device Exchanges: Pre-owned devices can only be exchanged for similar pre-owned items of equal value, subject to availability.
Defective or Damaged Items
