Warranties

• Manufacturer’s Warranty: Brand-new products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, the terms of which vary depending on the brand. Please refer to the warranty information provided with your product.
• Pre-Owned Devices: All pre-owned devices come with a limited warranty, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. This warranty covers certain defects and malfunctions but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Our Delivery Policy

• Shipping: We offer nationwide shipping within Nigeria and outside Nigeria. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk of Loss: Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that occur during shipping.

Our Return Policy

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, please ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Exchanges can be made in-store or through our customer service team for online purchases. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Brand-New Device Exchanges: Brand-new devices can only be exchanged for the same model or a similar item of equal value, provided the item is in stock.

Pre-Owned Device Exchanges: Pre-owned devices can only be exchanged for similar pre-owned items of equal value, subject to availability.
